Hourly Rates with effect from 1 April 2024 for single bookings - use of the kitchen is included and may be shared with others.

Main Hall - £21.50p per hour*                                                                 

Ellis Room - £17 per hour*                                                  

Palmer Room - £17 per hour*                                 

Gallery Room - £17 per hour*                                      

Main Hall plus one Room - £35.50p per hour*  Main Hall plus two Rooms - £47.50p per hour*

*please note that due to the high cost of gas and electricity, all new bookings will incur a 75p per hour surcharge to partially help cover the Charity's additional costs.

  • Reduced rates are available for more than 10 weekday sessions in advance, please contact us for details.

  • Reduced rates are available for local organisations that benefit the residents of Langton Green.

  • Free WiFi, we have a PRS and PPI licence for streaming music and a licence for the consumption of alcohol on the premises.

  • The Outside Patio can be used in conjunction with the hire of the Ellis Room.

  • Bouncy Castles are allowed in the Main Hall, please ask.  Public liability cover is available.

  • There's a Refundable Damage Deposit of £50 for standard daytime bookings and £200 for evenings or any long bookings.

  • Sorry, we no longer allow helium filled party balloons.
